Viewing properties is my passion.  For more than 10 years, I have enjoyed visiting show flats all over Singapore.  I like to see how the units are decorated, how the developers can put together a model showing the residential blocks and common facilities like swimming pool, BBQ area, tennis courts, etc.

Since I started my career a few years ago, I strive to serve my customers with my whole heart.  For every house which I go into, if I don’t see myself staying inside this house, I would not encourage my client to buy.  If I don’t feel it’s the right time for the owner to sell the house, I would encourage my client not to.  

“Location, Location, Location !!” , this is the most important factor that I stress to my clients whenever I am asked where is a good place to invest.  Locations with easy access to public transport, amenities, good schools will ensure that the property that you invest will appreciate in value should you decide to sell in the future.

To whom it may concern;

We are currently staying at a private condo in the east.  It did not take very long for us to find this dream home as Daniel was very clear about our requirements i.e. we needed a 3-bedrooms unit, certain facing and only wanted this area to be close to our relatives and loved ones.  We saw a few units in this estate arranged by Daniel.  During the viewings, Daniel was very attentive to the details like any major defects in the house, direction and facing and whether there are any odd shape/corners in the layout.  He did not attempt to hard-sell to us, instead he was always helping and providing information for us to understand the pros and cons of the units we saw.  And finally, he even managed to negotiate a good price for us, within what we planned for.

 After completion of the above own-stay condo, we decided to let Daniel handle the sale of a private condo we owned in the District 16 area. I’m proud (and am sure he is as well) that he managed, through very diligent efforts to sell it for us at one of the record high price/psf for the stack and unit in that development.  We are extremely pleased with this outcome.

In addition, I had invested in another property in the Simei area, through recommendation by Daniel.  It was a new launched project in that year and currently still under construction.  Prior to finalising on a unit Daniel provided information that he analysed for the area, the project and nearby projects including bringing us up to the HDB blocks opposite the site to give us a better idea and appreciation on the views and surrounding to be expected.  We also had an extensive discussion on the pros and cons of the various stacks and units available.  The whole process was indeed very smooth, hassle free and worries-free as Daniel was always there for us, before I make the final decision.

 Within a year, we had dealt with Daniel on a few transactions and are blessed to have come across him as a very professional property investment representative. To whom it may concern,
Daniel has been our property advisor close to 10 years.  He has helped us
with our property dealings all these time.

We first engaged his service in 2003, when he just joined the real estate
industry.  We were unable to sell our HDB flat in Choa Chu Kang for 6
months even with the help of our agent.  Daniel offered to help us market
the property for a month.  As I have known him since army days, we accepted
his offer.  With our consent, he immediately put his marketing plan into
action.  In addition to advertisting on newspapers, he went around the HDB
blocks in my neighbourhood and distributed flyers himself.  During the
first weekend, a few parties came to view our flat.  Daniel was seen
talking to the potential buyers enthusiastically about our flat.  He worked
closely with us and negotiated with the buyer's agent a few times. To our
pleasant surprise, he helped us close the deal, meeting our target price on
that very first weekend!

Upon the sale of our HDB flat, we went around the search for our next home,
through the help of Daniel. It took us quite some time to find this dream
home together with Daniel as we wanted relatively new, renovated and with
an unblocked view.  Whenever he brought us to view the properties,he was
always very objective and patience in helping us analyse the pros and cons
of the units we saw.  Besides, he took our interest at heart, always on the
lookout for defects inside the units.  When we finally decided a particular
unit, he helped us negotiate the best price possible, sometimes advising us
to forgo the unit when the seller asked for unreasonable price.  Eventually,
we bought a resale flat at Bukit Batok.

After staying in Bukit Batok for a few years, we decided to move to
private condo and rent out the HDB.  We are currently staying at a private
condo in Jurong.  It is a cosy 2 bedroom unit where my wife and I
share together with our dog.  We enjoy the quietness and unblocked view,
with the convenience of MRT and eateries at our door step.

Daniel has also been helping us manage our HDB rental for the past few
years.  He would liaise with the tenant on the renewals and ensure that all
the paper work are in order.

We are grateful to have Daniel as our trusted friend and property advisor.
